I'm glad I ordered, despite the conflicting reviews! The photos show when the memory foam was first removed from the packaging and placed in the case, then at 2 hours, and then at 12 hours. The expansion is not yet complete! I would recommend placing the styrofoam cube in the case right away as it seems like it will be difficult as it expands. Also, you'll need to follow the directions and twist and turn it a few times to break up the foam. I also smashed it with my fists and jumped on it a bit to break it into pieces. Can't comment on durability yet, just opened it. I bought two and am planning to give them to my teenage sons for Christmas. Very glad they seem to have turned out so far!
