I have two medium sized dogs. I ordered a middle door. Works quite well and both dogs pass quickly. A little tight for a long haired dog, but it still goes through quickly. Was working fine until a few weeks ago. A hinged door broke where three screws pierced the plastic door, followed by another plastic door shortly after the first. Plastic doors are fairly hard plastic, so a flex at the doors' attachment point caused them to crack and break. I think a swing door would be much safer. It is currently covered by the supplied metal rosette and is therefore no longer used. Hopefully the company will replace the doors as I only had them for about 6 months before they broke. Will update with their answer. Overall good quality but poor damper design.
