I only bought this because it's new, so using it as a storage device wasn't my priority, but I decided to give it a try anyway. Half the time my computer doesn't recognize anything is plugged in. The other half of the time, it either refuses to accept files or Windows reports that something is wrong with the device. I tried repairing Windows and the problem came back on the next try. I also tried formatting the entire drive and it said there was an error and it couldn't be formatted. All in all I have received a nice novelty which, as that was the purpose of my purchase, I am not entirely disappointed.
