I like that it can be used with any device or app, whether you are using Windows 10 OS or Android phone. It's very easy to use as well! Nothing at all really bad about this program but nothing great either. If your looking into purchasing one of these programs then make sure they have good customer service available in case something goes wrong. This will help ensure you don't get stuck if there isn't anyone else around who knows how to fix what you need fixed. We've been able to resolve many problems since we got our account set up. Some things just take time to figure out so having someone knowledgeable helps along the way. Also some apps/devices do not work too easily when trying to find their serial number online which makes finding them difficult sometimes. The benefits include being able to track down lost items such as phones, tablets etc.
