Ten Stars! :) I paid about $150 and I think that's about the value of this item (I've seen it for $300 or more and I absolutely wouldn't pay that much for it, even though it's a very good product). I'll clarify a bit: Pros: The zippers are metal, not plastic. They seem very durable. The mesh side panels are reinforced on the inside in case the kitty decides to check if they are claw-proof. It's very roomy inside compared to almost every other model I've seen online in this guise. metallic and heavy duty (my cat figured out how to pop out of the bubble in his previous backpack!) extra leash attachment. A durable cotton canvas or easy-to-repair genuine leather would also be preferable, but that's mostly because I don't like plastic. It's very difficult, even alone. Someone who gets tired easily (like me) would prefer to use it as a car seat or for very short walks. Combining it with a telescoping handle and wheels would be AMAZING! I wish there were more different color options. I would love this in champagne or black! Overall ease of use is fantastic and my cat is happy to travel with me again after I give her an extra room. I would buy again and maybe even pay an extra premium if the above features were added!
