Sharp as a piranha tooth.
I used a two-way handle cheese grater to grate parmesan cheese and citrus peel, but I wasn't happy with the result of the grating. This cester is surprisingly better than the previous one and very spicy. I made Lemon Glazed Biscotti for Christmas by peeling 7 very large lemons with ease and aplomb.
