Overall great product but the picture shows a felt cap (it's also red in the picture not black). The lid probably isn't that important, but in theory the thing keeps dust out, but without the lid wouldn't it just collect dust when not in use? The picture also shows a record cleaner, I got distilled water. I'm not sure if that matters or not. Don't get me wrong, this is a great product, it's just not quite what I expected. I was expecting the same as before as this is what was pictured. This one had 3 pieces of wood, one with a brush, one served as a handle/storage compartment and the last piece was a lid that the brush slides into. I knew the dusting brush was supposed to include it, but it wasn't mentioned in the description or shown in the picture. I'm glad he took it. It would be a 5 star rating if I got what I thought I ordered. **UPDATE** 5/8/12 says this is a really good vinyl cleaning job. You should not wipe the water off with a brush as you will end up leaving wet stains on the record and a wet brush will only wet the record again for hours. After this bad idea, I used a very soft, lint-free static-control cloth to wipe off the water, then quickly scrubbed with a brush.
