I started taking it a few months ago and it really does give you a first burst of stiffness for the first month or so, or I'm just getting used to it. I tried the expensive version of this tool and it seems to work just as well as the more expensive one. I only took it once a day in the evening to give it a chance to get out of my bloodstream the next day. Personally, I have found that taking it in the morning and evening does not provide any recovery from the increased blood flow. As a result, my blood pressure dropped about twenty points. You shouldn't use this if you have a heart or other underlying condition as it will make your blood pump a bit harder. I will continue to use it for the oxygen benefit it gives your heart and brain basically as well as your whole body. Very happy to have found this and at such a low price it seems to be of good quality.
