I've had this for about 7 months now. It gave me no problems and can run the most demanding modern games on high settings. In fact, I had recently run MSFS 2020, downloaded the update, and got GTA5 working at the same time with no frame rate issues. 1TB SSD shows 750GB full with about 7 games installed, so I added another 1TB SSD. Wd Black, identical to the original. It's an attractive device, but once you get used to the glowing light bar, take it or leave it. You can adjust the brightness. The power supply on this thing is huge and barely fits in my case. I use a neoprene sleeve in a soft nylon pouch in an aluminum Samsonite briefcase so don't worry about abuse. I'm happy with that, although I find handheld PC gaming to be a chore compared to consoles because of all the updates some games require. You won't be able to play if it needs to be updated, and you must have a network connection if you want the update to happen quickly. I recently tried playing a few games using my phone as a mobile hotspot just to launch the game. Played 1 of 4 games, the rest either wanted to update, or said there was no connection (was).
