If you have trouble brushing your teeth this is the real deal, removes all the dirt and doesn't really cause a gag reflex until you actually brush the back of your tongue. OMG I love these things, my husband was a skeptic but he was amazed at how well these things worked. Doesn't scratch, easy to clean and store, and a very low maintenance tool that does a great job of cleaning. We will buy again.
