I like how easy it is to setup and use. I can see exactly what is in stock, and what is out of stock. Nothing. The program is a little too expensive for smaller brands, and the stock levels aren't very accurate. It's great for those who have a lot of inventory. I wish it was a little more accurate and cheaper. I am solving the problem of having to rely on the staff to check the inventory, and find that they are sometimes unreliable and have a hard time finding items. I also use it for my own personal inventory.
