Product worked perfectly as expected. I used it in a bathtub drain, the water drains very slowly, it's a little difficult to put the snake in it, just rock it slowly and it will go in, even when pulling it out, rock it slowly and rock it. I suspect people try to pull hard on it which causes it to break and splatter all over the place. I had no problems with it, it got rid of all the dirt and a big hairball. For the price I paid I'm very glad I have 2 left next time. Since I didn't want to get the first one dirty, I just threw it away!
