Great Platform For Building Strong Customer Relationships

I like that it is easy for my clients to use since they are already familiar with other customer service platforms. The software makes tracking all of our client's responses very simple. It would be nice if we could keep track of pending emails that have not been responded to yet. If your looking for an easy way to communicate with customers this program has helped us do just that! We've seen a huge increase in response time after using this platform. Clients now receive replies within hours instead of days. And those who don't reply within 24hrs can expect a follow up request as well.
