This kit was purchased to replace a broken upper basket castor on my KitchenAid dishwasher. This is the second time in 9 years that the upper track roller has broken. The first replacement was identical to the OEM, easy to install and worked well for 5 years. This latest replacement has been modified, redesigned and cheaper. It is very difficult to install, the instructions are useless, I found a video on YouTube, it helped. Luckily I only had to replace one side (for the time being) because one of the retaining clips broke during installation without much pressure. I replaced the damaged side, everything seemed fine until I loaded the dishwasher. The top shelf is height adjustable, but when you put a couple of coffee cups in it it becomes too heavy for the new adjuster to carry, that side sags and the shelf doesn't move far enough to close the door. I have to leave the top shelf in the bottom position, which prevents me from putting some items - cutting boards, pots, colanders, etc. - on the bottom shelf. Very disappointed with the quality. Find another parts supplier.
