Review on Joojus by Jimmy Bhat

My involvement with Joojus has been nothing short of a nightmarish experience for me. Their website may give the impression of being simple to navigate, but there is an extremely limited assortment of outdoor decor. Their garden sculptures and statues, in particular, are a letdown and do not measure up to the lofty expectations that were set for them. I was expecting that a garden statue from Joojus would add some flair to my outdoor space, so I ordered one from them. However, when it arrived, it was broken, which was a huge disappointment. The response time from customer support was extremely slow, and when they did respond, they were unhelpful and condescending. To make matters even worse, the shipping from Joojus was excruciatingly slow, and the product arrived significantly later than the date that was predicted for delivery. The product's quality was, at best, below average, and it did not come close to justifying the cost that I was required to pay for it. In general, Joojus is not a retailer that I would recommend to anyone seeking for high-quality outdoor decor. Their collection is not very large, their customer service representatives are not very helpful, and their shipping times are excruciatingly slow. Look elsewhere to satisfy your gardening requirements and save yourself the trouble.
