I adore all the white birch wood decorations I've seen lately and want to add a modern twist to our Christmas decorations. I ordered this tree and am so happy with its realistic birch branches and lots of twinkling lights. This will be a great addition to our home. This tree consists of 3 parts and can be assembled quickly. It only weighs about 2.5 pounds so I don't need any help setting it up. It can easily be stored in any closet. (When we pull out a full-size Christmas tree, several family members have to pull it out of the basement, and it takes at least an hour to put it up.) After assembling, the branches need to be shaped. If you place it against a wall or in a corner, you can shape the branches to make it full in the front. This tree is covered with over 160 lighted branches. Warm white pears. (Incandescent) There are 8 light transitions to choose from. The included remote control makes it easy to change lighting modes, dim, increase, turn on and off. As long as you are within 6 feet of the receiver in the plug, the remote works great. What I liked most about this tree is that it can be used indoors and outdoors. I look forward to many years of enjoying this tree indoors during the holidays and outside on our patio during the spring and summer.
