READ IT! It works!

This product works! I ordered this item to store my personal files like medical records, resume etc for college and beyond. FIRST: You need to order an SSD, the size should be 2242. I have provided photos to show what a 2242 SSD looks like and what the inside of this case/case looks like. The chassis/chassis has 1 line/pad in its slot while the SSD has 2 open slots/pad to accommodate that slot. It works even if it doesn't look compatible. (If you have OCD, you just have to accept it, sorry.) Second, don't, and I repeat, DO NOT do the first step in the instruction. They don't work and are redundant. I have provided a photo with instructions and a small edit of a typo. Follow the instructions for step 3, skip steps 1 and 2. This solved the problem for me. THIRD: Have fun! A NOTICE. If you haven't set up your SSD, it won't be recognized and won't appear on the screen. You need to enter the Windows search bar, partition and create a new volume that you can use the SSD with. If you don't know how to do it, google it, it's very easy. Feedback: The product comes in a nice box, but nothing else is inside. The product is packaged in a disposable plastic sleeve, in a beautiful reusable soft case. Instructions are on 1 sheet of paper, not professional but gets the job done. Revolts are not wrong, they are rather superfluous. It is what it is, but for the price, can you expect anything revolutionary? The item I received unfortunately has a chipped piece, but this does not affect the item in any way. The inspection and quality of the item could be better, but as mentioned, it costs around $25. Don't expect a rocket ship! I personally tested this item, created an access code and started playing. I took the SSD out of the case, plugged it directly into the computer motherboard and it didn't recognize the SSD. To test this again, I typed "partition" and opened all my drives. The hard drive showed up as UNALLOCATED. There were no files available and it looked like the drive was just empty and never used. I put the SSD back in the case, entered my code and my computer successfully recognized the SSD with all my files on it. As soon as you deactivate an item, it is immediately deactivated. When you plug it back in, the SSD will automatically lock and cannot be accessed until unlocked. I've only had this product all day and will continue to update everyone along the way. I hope my advice and review helped! Ps If anyone from this company reads this please contact me! I am very happy to work with you all!
