After a large storage moth infestation, I threw everything away and refilled my cupboards. After doing a lot of research online it seems most people are having the most success with moth free dry food storage in combination with zip ties and clip/hermetically sealed jars. I have ordered various locks and padlocks and so far they are good. These four 60.87 oz / 7.6 cup packs are ideal for storing powdered sugar, brown sugar and turbinado sugar. Good price to get a combo pack rather than individually.
