This product is terrible. I wish I had read the reviews and information on the internet about people who can't get the smell of the product out of their carpet after a year and a half! I sprayed it on my couch and now I can't even get in the room and the smell gave me a migraine. I have to kick out my couch. What's the point of replacing an odor removal product with a much inferior synthetic product? Apparently this problem did not exist in the previous version. That's probably why my friend recommended it. I can't even get the perfume smell out of my nose and I haven't been in the room where I sprayed it for three hours. And the company's response to every complaint about it is formulaic that the product comes in two flavors and some prefer the other flavor. The problem isn't the scent, it's the underlying chemical that binds the smell and prevents it from dissipating so the smell doesn't go away. It's August 2020, the era of Covid 19 and I have to work full time from home and now I can't even get into my living room where my work computer is! And guess what? I live in Northern California so it's very smoking outside right now. So I "air” my living room with smoke. I am very angry. This company owes me money for a new sofa. I have never felt such a lasting scent in my life that doesn't go away. Someone compared it to the smell of a hotel room, but those smells dissipate after a few hours.
