This is my second Zosi system bought on a strict budget and I can definitely say it's uncomfortable to use is. Apart from the 24-hour record, which I was dying to have him for, there is no benefit in buying Zosi. Motion detection (triggering events for search purposes) is brutal, recording either every fly flying in front of the camera or nothing at all. My cheap doorbell cam is much better at adaptive human motion. I wish I had a bigger budget than I would settle for with a system from a big store like Best Buy because they are user tested. Their email customer service (Shirley) is always ready to help but remember they are based in China. She answers my emails in the middle of the night but my problems are not easy to solve due to the language barrier. I'm having time sync issues and the answer is always to send a video on how to correct the time, but the truth is the system revolves around the GMT time zone and just doesn't want to interact with time zones here on the east coast of the US.
