Review on Casabella Wayclean Wide Angle Broom by Tyler Owens

I ordered this because it was the top Wirecutter recommendation. I don't know if I got a fake block or something but the broom head won't hold! It spins easily in normal use - it fell off 4 times the first time I used it to sweep the floor, even after turning it back on. The way it feels, I think something was wrong with the thread - it couldn't close tightly - you got into what felt like it was meant to be the end and then it gave way and twisted again. I got out my hot glue gun and applied some glue to the head bushing and around the threads of the handle and a bit around the seam after securing them in place. Hoping it works; If not I will try to get a refund. Definitely a pathetic build quality of the highest rated item. EDIT: Broke again! This time the part of the brush and the plastic part that holds it to the shaft are separated. I keep snapping it in place and it keeps falling out; I can't even sweep the kitchen without it falling apart. This broom didn't even last two months. And now that it's been a few months I'm not getting my money back. Complete garbage; DO NOT BUY.
