Review on Slim Wall-Mount Bracket SU-WL855 by Sony for Optimal Placement of Select BRAVIA OLED and LED TVs by Kara Hall

I bought this mount to use with my Sony XBR-75X950H. According to the product page and instructions, my TV works with this mount. However, once the bracket has been secured to the wall, it's time to install the bracket that will support the TV to the TV. The instructions say to remove the mounting screws from the back of my TV and use them to attach the bracket to the back of the TV. However, the M6 mounting screws that came with the kit (I think as extras?) and the M6 mounting screws on the back of my TV were NOT long enough to get to the recessed parts of the TV where they needed to screw, after trying to attach the bracket to the TV. A quick trip to Low solved the problem, but for the price of this mount, this thing should have been hanging on my wall washing dishes for as far as I know. A total failure from Sony on multiple levels, and next time it happens I'll buy a universal mount (as recommended by TaskRabbit, who I worked with to eventually get this to work). in itself is very beautiful. EDIT: Okay, it's time to take my 'L', with one caveat. After the aforementioned trip to Lowe, setting up the television, cleaning and then walking past the machine screw bag, it takes 2 weeks. I understand how it should work. I have updated my rating to 3 stars. Minus one star for not calling out these coasters in the instructions which would have saved me time and generally going to Lowe and one star for the price. There are other better and cheaper options.
