Slim Wall-Mount Bracket SU-WL855 by Sony for Optimal Placement of Select BRAVIA OLED and LED TVs Review

Works well. It looks well designed and high quality. However, I don't know why it should cost 5x more than any other mount. I was thinking how I would feel if I bought a cheap wall mount and my expensive TV breaks and falls, so I bought it anyway, but it feels like blackmail.

It looks and feels like the price. Definitely high quality. Heavy and durable. It was fairly easy to install and provides a great retractable platform to hook up your TV once it's installed and moved at horizontal angles. The only reason for 4 stars is the price. I think 200-250 is better.

Pretty easy to install once you know you need two people to line up and secure. Please measure twice or thrice to make sure it is where you need it. It is highly recommended to install it in wall studs. NOTE: This bracket is suitable for a very limited list of Sony TVs. Check before ordering. I'm happy with the result: it fits snugly against the wall and slides out easily, giving access to the back of the TV.

I bought a 2020 Sony Bravia 75" TV and given its size and living in a 40 year old well maintained RV I wanted a wall that matched if possible use bracket for it. Pro: Easy installation. Cons: I installed this on my 77" Sony 77A9G and the TV is at an angle to the wall. Wall, as another reviewer wrote here. There is a 1 inch gap between the bottom and top of the TV and the wall. I believe the problem is the cheap flimsy screws that hold the pivot mechanism together. I bought this mount to use with my Sony XBR-75X950H. According to the product page and instructions, my TV works with this mount. However, once the bracket has been secured to the wall, it's time to install the bracket that will support the TV to the TV.
