I love how easy it is to setup with our existing infrastructure - we have been using Twilio for SMS/text messaging but this has allowed us more control over what's being sent out in terms of analytics data as well as customer messages! We also like having all logs available so can easily drill down into issues when they arise without needing an account manager or other staff member at hand who may not be able to do some things themselves (like check log files).
Sometimes there are periods where calls drop off which could indicate something isn't quite right between our system & theirs? Not sure if its just their end doing maintenance work etc though maybe look elsewhere too?! Could use better error handling around these times unfortunately!! Definitely recommend looking through everything you need before deciding whether your needs match ours 100%. At present we're getting good results from monitoring both outgoing / incoming numbers.
