The camera is actually a solid and well built device. Easy to set up is simple and easy for the first time user to set up if you follow the instructions. I bought this device separately along with a 4G SIM card transmitter to get the most out of this system. Unfortunately, the image quality of the front camera did not match the description. This device describes the front camera with the highest resolution of the two. but it turned out not to be (in my case). In fact, the rear camera looks crisper and sharper than the rear camera. The front camera looked closer to 720p and not 1080p, let alone 4K. I contacted Revain and their only option was to contact the manufacturer and ask them to sort this out. The manufacturer's contact was somewhere in China and was closed during business hours in North America. Eventually I contacted someone via email and the final option was to send the video in an inconvenient file type, upload it to an email and send it to them for review before taking any steps or troubleshooting steps. There were no attempts to send the goods to service or to exchange them from their side. It was too tedious for those who work 12-14 hours a day. This division was meant to be a way of holding myself and those I come in contact with on a regular basis to account, and this company wouldn't bother. Spending over $600 on a device that turned out to be poor quality was mugging for me. This company needs to be more responsive to customer issues (especially with newly purchased products). Bad bad bad customer service.
