This is an imperfect solution for devices without native wireless charging support. You have to place part of the coil right in the middle to work and even when it works I've found that it doesn't charge very quickly and gets quite hot. The coil also adds to the thickness of your device and causes the case to bulge. Also, you use the Lightning connector for this, so you can no longer plug in your EarPods. However, it works. Don't expect the performance to be the same as the iPhone X. UPDATE: It stopped working after a day :( My charging dock indicator says it's charging and I left it charging overnight and still 19% wanted this to work but I guess I just have to use my iPhone Connect 7 Plus.
