This garment is very heavy.good weighted fabric. Could quite possibly be worn into fall weather. Seems well made, after first pre-washing (used Woolite) fabric held shape, color well. Legs are a lot longer than I expected that's why you could probably wear this in the fall/winter tucked into a boot/bootie. Measure your torso is a suggestion for this garment. I am 5'6" (and a bit) and the large fit just fits the length of my torso with the legs of the garment being rather long. Very flattering on, so I am keeping it and can use it later on in the end of summer into fall.
