I couldn't find any troubleshooting information on the internet. Visual inspection also yielded no results. I did not even contact the service for three reasons: - a malfunction caught me at the most inopportune moment - the defense of the diploma is on, there is no time to go to services and wait for diagnostics and repairs; -even if I had contacted the service, I would have stumbled upon closed doors, because the city is now quarantined; -already had a similar experience with the Brother MFP, and then, after the diagnosis, they turned down the repair price almost equal to the cost of a new one. As a result, I sold it as a printer (the scanner broke). It is worth saying that he worked for a year more - two. In short, I took this unit and threw it in the trash, after smashing it to smithereens so that no one would guess to take it and fix it. I concluded for myself that companies are now specifically making low-quality goods for a year or two, so that they buy more often. I remember my old inkjet, also by the way HP, worked for 5 years without a hitch, until the cartridges disappeared from sale. And by the way, I also got it not new. And now I’ll go to the store again for an MFP of the third company, and after defending my diploma I’ll sell it until it breaks.
