If you expect customer support - NOT. here is nothing. No website, no manual, no email. no phone number (on whatsapp or similar free apps for international calls). If you really want to understand Chinese settings, configurations and connections then this is a great radio at a great price. Right now my wife's rear view camera is literally upside down, the mic does NOT work on phone calls (the main reason we bought this radio), the radio/head unit turns on colored lights like Christmas which is very annoying at night. I have no idea how to STOP the flashing lights or adjust the light intensity. I still haven't figured out how to turn an iPhone project into a radio screen for maps or something. If you buy this radio be warned and I wish you better luck than me.
