The fan arrived quickly and very well packaged. Installation was easy if you have previous experience installing ceiling fans. Some instructions were incomprehensible. The blade color is very light, more like light maple than dark walnut as pictured and described. This is the first fan I've bought that doesn't have colored reversible blades. The remote doesn't work properly but Carro contacts and they send replacements free of charge. Excellent customer service. The light is great with multiple color options and brightness settings. The fan is quiet. In general a pleasant product. The turning blades make it 5 stars! I also noticed that turning off the fan on the wall will lose the last setting, which is annoying and should be fixed for future product builds.
