Easy assembly, poor quality control!

I received a fan with a bottom shaft with no mounting holes. I had to order a new rod which arrives in 3 days. Very disappointed!

Advertised as blades made from dark walnut wood. Not even close, looks like lighter maple. Send back

If you are looking for fan blades made of very light wood. Then it will work. The color describes it as dark walnut. I took the blades to the dark walnut cabinet I have, it's not even close. It almost looks like light maple. Return without opening the rest.

So I've been looking for smart fans for a long time and after much deliberation I decided to just buy them. I'M IN LOVE! My husband of course installed it quickly after I assembled it 😉 and once we connected it to our phones (after learning how to share a fan on the app) we slept like babies! Don't think, just buy a damn fan! Never buy a lightbulb again! *feel spoiled* 😍

Great fan but a few flaws

The fan arrived quickly and very well packaged. Installation was easy if you have previous experience installing ceiling fans. Some instructions were incomprehensible. The blade color is very light, more like light maple than dark walnut as pictured and described. This is the first fan I've bought that doesn't have colored reversible blades. The remote doesn't work properly but Carro contacts and they send replacements free of charge. Excellent customer service. The light is great with multiple

Exceptionally beautiful ceiling fan

I've been searching and searching for a new ceiling fan to replace the very outdated 36 inch ceiling fan in our master bathroom. I guess I've looked at over two hundred ceiling fans but haven't had any luck finding a small smart fan that looks like what I wanted. I wanted a small smart fan that looked exactly like this fan. So I ordered this fan and then took matters into my own hands. I put a 10" 80 tooth finishing blade on my miter saw and converted this 52" ceiling fan into a 40" ceiling…

Good design with some flaws - light goes full when switched off
