NOTE. This refers to the size *medium*. The bag is *not* open in the photo. This is a good road bike bag if your seat is raised 4"+ from the lowest position (more if you want to fit a taillight underneath). I've had no problem with my hips rubbing the bag. The bag seems pretty sturdy too and has a Reflective stripe on the back.It attaches to the seat post with Velcro (I cut mine so it doesn't protrude) and attaches to the saddle with buckles.It has elastic straps on the inside of the upper part (2), outside Bottom (2) and back outside (1) for storage, in addition to the small elastic pouch in the flap hanging in the picture, I put my multi-tool inside, as for the contents, I have fruit, a multi-tool, CO2 with inflator , repair kit and keys without lengthening it and with enough space, 100 miles of wet / rainy weather with this bag, and even every time my stuff was either damp or completely wet inside not weatherproof (at least I wasn't), but it should be fine to put things in freezer bags. That's the only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5.
