We bought a set of 4 and they came in a large outer box with each frame additionally individually boxed and boxed internally. So no problems with breakage, scratches etc. - they are WELL PROTECTED. Being double boxed allowed us to hang a few frames right away but keep the rest in their individual protective sleeves and boxes for when we needed them later without worrying about how to store them. The black color of the frame is beautiful. and deep, and the white mat is fresh and clean. The glass is ok, not anti-reflective or anything special at this price point. The additional four picture collage rug is a nice bonus alongside the 11x14 rug and I've added sawtooth hangers to the frames for easier hanging and I would recommend this to others as well. we liked hanging a few family photos on the wall. Great price, good packaging, good basic frames.
