All battery-powered devices have a battery problem! figured out the issue in 2022. I confess not only the batteries are to blame! Of course, the service itself could solve such issues. It turned out that the contacts in the connector of the power cable and the pins in the irrigator were oxidized! Cleaned, sanded, greased with silicone and everything was fine! Charges as in the first days of purchase! The device is reusable, but its charging has not been finalized. With cleaned and lubricated contacts, it has been working for more than 6 months. Since it interacts strongly with water, this connector is not suitable. Another year of use has passed. The motor works, the battery does not work native. The connector was completely oxidized, it was not possible to clean it. Charging does not work. I soldered the tail and bought an external connector. Again the device is in service)))
