The ease of use, as well easy integration with other software applications is what I like best about this platform; it's intuitive design allows for quick setup without much effort or time spent learning how everything works together (or not). It can be difficult at times when you're trying figure out exactly where your issue lies in regards to tracking issues within our system - there are many different ways that information gets recorded into each application which makes troubleshooting more complex than necessary sometimes but overall we've been happy using their services so far- they have great customer service too if needed.- Our main benefit has come from being able track inventory across multiple locations quickly & easily by just logging onto one account instead having several separate ones set up throughout all departments/locations etc..
