I was set to return this device because it appeared that the cable plug did not match my camera outlet. I requested a new cable, and the seller responded to my inquiry the same day (a Sunday, no less). After a brief exchange of messages and photos, I was informed that I was using the wrong port (USB micro B plug inserts into larger USB type 3 micro B port, in case you have the same problem). Carbose provided fast, exceptional service, and the device has many more features than even the camera manufacturer's comparable remote shutter release. Very pleased!
