When it arrived and I opened the box I found that there was a layer of rust on the black case fan mounting screws and the black case screws were finger tight (see - all that is brown on the plastic box is from rust). Probably due to bad plating (or plating or some other process that turned them black) followed by condensation during shipping and storage, but it sucked for me anyway. 2 out of 10 = 4/5 minus another star for hassle and poor quality control
