I bought this product at the end of May 2021 to use for my road trip in June. We used it for about 2 weeks, and when we got back home we removed it to inspect and clean the car only to discover that the poor quality of the rubber at the end of the bar had scratched up our roof rail quite badly. The rubber torn after the first use and the metal scraped into the color as seen in the picture. I contacted the seller company right away to let them know of the issue. However nobody actually responded and reached out. Now we are stuck with a damaged product that we can’t use anymore and our car is damaged as well.DO NOT BUY!
