I wanted my parrots to be able to chew something soft as they are small and medium sized parrot toys are too hard for them to chew. It was ok, it's made for little birds for sure, but as long as my birds are young it's been great. In two days they managed to chew everything. They were definitely drawn to the colors, size and softness of the wood. I'm not sure if they will find it that attractive in a year or so when they are older.
