I took the cheapest TP-Link WR840N to replace it, which did not survive the storm, and the first thing that caught my eye was that after the replacement, the old laptop began to pull 1080p video in the browser when even 720p went with wild brakes on the old router, I thought it was the old laptop, but it turned out that it was in the router. I also took it for the sake of 5GHz, the entire range was clogged at 2.4, which is why neighboring waffles in neighboring rooms began to interfere with mine and the quality of the Internet dropped sharply, then 5GHz saved me, there are no more problems with the Internet. Compared to the cheapest WR840N, Archer has slightly more coverage at 2.4GHz, if you have a large house and a regular router is not enough, then try this model. I also want to say a few words about the support of 3-4G modems. This router can be taken anywhere, to the country house, to the garden, where you will find electricity and with the support of wireless modems you can organize Internet access for your whole family.
