Bought this for a weekend trip to the mountains with friends. My car is too high for both of us to reach the top racks and buckle our bag. This step is performed as described. It's heavy, durable, attaches easily to my tire and can handle over 200 pounds without incident. I love that it folds up and doesn't take up much space. It would be nice to have a case or bag for it. The prongs on the step are easy to scratch other items, keep this in mind when you put them in the trunk or luggage. Finally I wrapped it in a small piece of rug. Overall: Great product.
