The fourth try can be magical! So far I've had 3 of them that came to me with a defect. The first was permanently off, the second I was able to get out of the off state but it went off again, and the third looked fine until I plugged it in and there was no voltage at the terminals when it was on. One pole had no contact! Quality control on them should be completely absent! If you want one of these I have to warn you that you have to be willing to return it multiple times before you get a good one. I'm trying the 4th! Hope it works! UPDATE: 7-4-16 Revain stopped refunding my money without my knowledge! Although an interesting thing happened. I ended up making a phone call to find out what had happened and ended up speaking to a lady in the Philippines. She took my scolding very well and even went out of her way to get me another one as they were out of stock on Prime. We ended up at Wally World of all places and that's where I ordered the switch she found for me. I hope the fourth time will be charm! This is quite a big project! 5 stars for Revain's customer service and the woman who helped me so much!
