Review on The Company Corporation by Mark Hamblin

I like how simple it was for me as an individual who has no accounting background or experience with filing taxes in order to file my own personal tax return (IRS 1040EZ). It's incredibly easy once you have your information together; however there are some things I didn't realize until after submitting my info that would be helpful if they were highlighted better before hand. For example I thought I could only use one of three options when choosing between Individual Tax Return/Amended Returns vs Business Income Taxes - but realized too late this wasn't so obvious at first glance. Also not sure why I couldn't just upload all documents rather than having them mailed via snail mail service which takes longer then doing online through software. However these problems don't take away from what makes incorporating such great benefits overall because most people do want their paperwork done.
