Installed a Philips LTE filter between the outdoor antenna and the preamplifier with LTE 4G filter (700MHz+ signals) and it seems to work. I have found that the signal strength on true UHF channels 35 and 36, which are very strong signals in my case, increases by a few percentage points with the Philips filter on. If I remove the Philips filter, their signal strength drops by a few percentage points. This also happens when I installed a Philips filter without a preamplifier signal amplifier (between the outdoor antenna and the TV). I also didn't notice any improvement on my weakest VHS channel, real channel 3 (63.0MHz), which in my case seems to be some kind of signal noise that really ruins that channel.
