I am not pregnant but I wish I had had it with my previous 2 pregnancies. I sleep on my side so it's always hard to get comfortable and keep my arms somewhere so he doesn't fall asleep or get sick in the morning and that's perfect. I left her without hugging an arm, my head rests on it like a pillow and I'm lying side-by-side with one of my sees over it and it's so comfortable and supportive and I love it when the other side is against mine back is pressed so I don't move or worry like a sleeper. It's quite large and will take up part of your bed but my husband still fits our bed and doesn't complain too much if you sleep on your side, are restless or pregnant than I would highly recommend this pillow, it is great for kids too. My two kids try to steal it from me and I think it just makes them feel safe when they sleep. I'm almost 5ft 10" and it still wraps most of my body and it's so calming, definitely good quality and worth every penny, would definitely order again and would highly recommend
