Review on 🔧 Innova 3340 Pro Auto Digital Multimeter by Robert Lemons

The only good thing about this multimeter is the 2 day prime shipping. At my age I saw everything. The two most troubling issues are receiving a new item that is either dead or broken. My experience with Innova was getting a new BROKEN gauge. So instead of testing circuits, I'm forced to spend more valuable time returning this crappy meter and writing a review that will hopefully warn others to choose another brand. When a test device leaves the factory uninspected, or with such a shoddy inspection that a defective device can be shipped to the customer, I believe it tells the device that the device is of poor quality and that profits exceed costs. In the real world, you can't expect every item on an assembly line to be perfect, but I do expect Quality Assurance to identify a nonconforming item before it reaches the customer. In fact, if Innova cared about its name, it would make an effort to ensure quality control or proper training for its employees. To be honest, buying a piece of crap that is nothing more than a paperweight is a real headache. I have to deal with returns and refunds, find and order another multimeter and then postpone the scheduled work, but I can't because without a multimeter. It would be nice if Innova took my place and maybe they could make their multimeters better. All I can suggest is that you stick with well-known brands, non-Chinese made multimeters that cost more but don't come out of the box.
