, I received this 2020 version of TabA7 yesterday to replace my 2018 version with broken screen. The screen is clean. The speed is great. Transferring data and apps from old to new was easy with Smart Switch. Upon opening the box I found that a micro SD card is included, although the product description at the bottom of the page clearly states that it is not included. Because of this misinformation, I added an unnecessary micro SD card to my order. The micro SD slot was extremely difficult to open and required many attempts with the tool provided, before finally opening with a small pair of tweezers. Then I found that none of my apps could be transferred to the SD card. The Samsung forum states that this has been the case for many others. According to Samsung, this is due to copyright issues. Why include this useless feature? I also found after much searching that this screenshot doesn't do at all with a hand gesture or by pressing the side button and volume down buttons at the same time. Samsung says you'll need to add a screenshot app from the Play Store in this case. I finally found a simple one that seems to work. If there are problems with usage today, it will come back.
