I'm 5ft 3" and 138lbs. I ordered my normal size medium in black. It fits perfectly. The material is very comfortable, a bit heavier than the usual jersey jersey. It can fit around your waist or fall below your navel. When I wear it around my waist, the length is perfect. Someone mentioned that this line is on the outside. This is a flat stitch that's always on the look. This is not a problem for Black. This can be a problem with lighter colors. I am very happy with the quality of the skirt for the price. Really good value for money. I would recommend them to everyone.
