You're like a rock just under 60 mph (96 km/h) as long as the surface is flat or close enough to to stay smooth, it stays there. I've used them on my Subaru Forester, Tractor, and Bobcat (sometimes referred to as a Flatbed). In all applications, they were paired with a 42-inch lightbar. Wind tested 40 mph (vehicle stationary). Got up to 75 mph (120 km/h) while driving but they make a heck of a lot of noise (I think they shuffle back), they start making noise after 60 mph. They were hail, snow, rain, mud, multiple washes. they are amazing
