I like how easy it is for employees to access their courses without having to go through an additional step in order to get started, as well as being able to schedule time blocks per day/week etc - which can be set up from within each course! Also love using our internal LMS (Blackboard) so no extra hassle there either. Nothing really at this stage but would look forward to any improvements made once they've launched fully across all departments. We are solving problems by providing training opportunities online where staff have previously had limited choices otherwise. This has helped us save money while also increasing engagement levels amongst those trained thanks to greater flexibility around timescales compared to face2face methods before we introduced these solutions.
